Shipping Policies

We offer FREE FedEx SHIPPING on all of our accessories to anywhere in the Continental USA. We offer free delivery and set up of most Mattresses within 200 miles of Highland Park, Il. We can have a third party delivery service deliver to you if you are not in our local area. Additional charges may apply for some models, please contact us for details.

Most acessories are in stock and ship within 48 hours. If we do not have a particular item in stock, it will typically ship directly from the manufacturer to you within 5 business days. We will supply you with all tracking information as soon as your items ship.

 Mattress shipments going outside of our own delivery area are not subject to cancellation.  Once the order is placed, you will only have 24 hours to cancel it.  Once we enter it into the manufacturers system, it cannot be cancelled.  Lead time is typically 2-4 weeks for Simmons products.  It includes in home delivery and set up.  Savvy Rest products usually ship within 5 days.  They ship via FedEx or common carrier, and NO set up is included. Assembly is required for most mattresses.  Sleep Tek usually ships in 2-4 weeks, and will also be a NO Set up, drop off only delivery.
